I am a wife, a parent of 3 young men, and have been an educator for the past 35 years. After raising a challenging child who struggled with ADHD, Autism, and various learning disabilities, I decided to research these issues extensively.  With my years of experience in parenting, teaching, and academic studies, I started this business to share the tips, advice, and wisdom I have gained over time with other frustrated or struggling parents.  I can walk this road with you, truly understanding your feelings.

My professional experience includes teaching high school Spanish, coaching high school downhill skiing, advising on life skills, providing parent support, coaching individuals with learning disabilities, and Bilingual teaching in grades 1-5.  Special Education teaching in grades K-8, new parent coaching, young adult coaching, and college-age life advising.  I have facilitated multiple cultural and mission-oriented trips to various countries, written numerous grants for the schools that I worked at, developed environmental, recycling, and safety programs for several cities, and attained national recognition for most of my projects.  

During my free time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, biking, skiing, gardening, and fly fishing with my family and friends.  I dedicate time to volunteer with local organizations, listening to books or podcasts, and walking with my dog. I am currently working on writing my first book.
